Who Joins the Friends of the ǧ����Ƶ?

The Friends of the ǧ����Ƶ are ambassadors, acting as a link between the ǧ����Ƶ and the public, planning and promoting community lectures and events such as the MBL Falmouth Forum and Science Before Supper or serving as tour guides to help others “Discover the ǧ����Ƶ.”

Help us bridge the gap across the Eel Pond Bridge and further engage the ǧ����Ƶ with the broader Cape Cod community and beyond.

Supporting Discovery

The Friends of the ǧ����Ƶ not only to inform and educate, but also help raise support for the ǧ����Ƶ’s important work. The DISCOVERY FUND helps to fund ALL research and education at the ǧ����Ƶ, strengthening every aspect of our mission. It provides tuition support, course materials, and laboratory supplies for the many students and faculty participating in MBL courses each year. The Discovery Fund also supports MBL’s resident research centers, visiting scientists, and a wide range of fellowships—supplementing grants, investments, and other funding sources.
